People that you hire to work for you and you pay them only when the demand for that work is there.
No more over stuffed payrolls full of semi productive people that don’t have enough to do. With a freelancer you can wait until the moment that need arises and search out the right candidate for the assignment, hire them and then when the job is over they go away and your bank account and accountant are happy.
